Issue with Taleo Outlook Toolbar

Some of our users are experiencing an issue with their Outlook 2007 when installing the Taleo Outlook Toolbar - 32bit. Once the user installs the Taleo Outlook Toolbar, the 'Message' tab in their new message window disappears. The 'Message' tab in the new message window will re-appear when Taleo Outlook Toolbar is uninstalled. Has anyone ran across this type of issue or know of any fixes?
