Deep Linking to a Learning Plan

I wanted to see if anyone has been successful at deep linking in a Learning Plan Message to the Learning Plan? We would like to enter a link in the "You've been added to the __ learning plan" message that will take the learner directly to it and not have ot provide directions on how to search for it. Has anyone been successful at this and willing to share how you did it?
