I’m trying to research if there is an application out in the world that can be attached or run against a system like Taleo or Lawson to validate and correct addresses before they can get in the system.  The idea would be that as a candidate is filling in the address fields they would either have an option to validate the address before clicking on Save OR would automatically validate when the save button is clicked and reflect issues wthin the address.  We are looking to avoid odd charactors in addresses such as the # sign and we are looking
