Job Alert for a candidate

Hi there,

In previous releases within Taleo Recruiting we use to have a job alert setting which allow internal and external candidate to create an automatic e-mail informing them on new job offers matchin some introduced search criteria.

Does anyone know if this feature has been changed or supressed ? I cannot find it anymore in release  14.A.
