Anyone else having problems with adding/editing the Enrollment DO?

I was just in my LC and I wanted to add the available seats field. Once I clicked the RETURN SELECTED, the Summary page just hung. Waited several minutes and no results. Is this happening to anyone else. I am using IE9.
