Interdependent fields in Taleo

Hi,

Is there any plan for Taleo requiting to provide an option of interdependent fields?

It is very difficult and not user friendly to have no possibilities to establish a direct relationship between 2 or more than 2 fields. I am sure people would have raised ideas for the same; however  I am keen to know the plan.
