How do I insert the Candidate Log into a page layout?

Hello!

I need to know how to insert the Candidate Log into a page layout.  (It was accidentally deleted.)  How do I do this?

I can't find it in the drop downs anywhere, and can't seem to copy and paste it from another  page layout.

Help!
