Confidential User Groups

Hello,

We are on version 14A and using user groups for our confidential requisition process. However, recruiters without confidential user group added can see the requistiions when they select "ALL" in their requisition drop down.

Does anyone else use UG as their confidential req process and would be willing to help me pin point what the issue is as to why it isn't working correctly.
