Migrating insight reports - nothing pulls up

I am having the hardest time migrating my customized insight reports.  I cannot get the report design to come out correctly.  I have been trying for the last 3.5 hours to get these reports migrated over and I have nothing.  The reports come up completely blank or with an error message.  Once I am inside of the report design I just cannot figure out how to get the data to populate.  I have watched the higher learning series and still cannot get information to populate.  When I click on the layout grid and put in how many columns and rows
