Hi, thank you for reading.

We are a SAAS cloud customer using BI Analysis (we only have access to subject areas ending in 'real time') and wish to visualise things like, average age per department, division, use our own age groupings etc. average length of service (based on hire date or seniority date) etc.

The first step would seem to be to make a fields available that has the age calculations, then secondly assign to an age grouping somehow. Before lastly showing the results visually. I do not wish to resort to BI Publisher to achieve this and I have not found documented examples to help. Can any one help?
