Since the last release, we've seen candidate records that now have their completed Disability Form (Form CC305) uploaded to the Attachments section of their TBE record.  We do not want these viewable to any users, other than Administrators.  Maybe I missed a mention in the release notes or maybe this is a bug just for us?  Anyone with any insight, please?
