Offer tab missing

When moving a candidate through our Workflow, if you miss specific steps or status' the offer tab is missing.  This does not reappear when using the revert button.  This is much too sensitive functionality for the typical recruiting environment.  Creates large headaches trying  to resolve at the desk level.  This needs to be addressed in a service pack.
