Clean up Onboarding Employees on My Dashboard

My Dashboard still counts previously onboarded employees

My Dashboard still shows 66 people as "All Onboarding Employees", despite them being completely 100% conboarded already and are no longer classified as "Onboarding", rather, "Employed". Is there a way to clean this up so that "All Onboarding Employees" only shows those individuals who are currently onboarding?
