Reporting on Skills

Good morning,

I am trying to run a report to see only the Skills that an employee has completed. If possible I would also like the report to show when the Skill would need to be completed again. I have looked in BI Reporting, Report Builder and Insight Reporting and cannot find a report that fits my needs. Maybe I am overlooking it, but if anyone has a solution it would be greatly appreciated.
