Hi,

I am exploring more ways customize TBE career website look and feel for my client. 

The latest release 15B1 definitely improves the page look and feels but it isn't meeting what my client wanted. For example, the below link has more fine tuned job search effects and detailed layout to match it to company website.

Can someone throw more light on how this career website was developed?
