is there any way for an admin to esign on a manager's behalf?  we have a couple of managers who have termed during the review cycle.  the employee esigned but now i can't seem to route to the new manager for their esignature.  how do i do that?  i tried reassigning the employees to the new managers, turning off the old manager's access, adding the new managers as a proxy approver for the old manager, etc.  i'm not sure what to do.  the reviews seem to be "stuck" and i can't get them to the final status.
