Absence "Tenure based leave" plan is not getting enrolled to employees based on the anniversary date after schedule process ran successful.

We have used expression builder if the year of service is 3 after auto accrual run process it should get credit 1 balance, llly if 4 years then 2 and 5 and above its should be 3
