HR Executive dashboard is new-styled dashboard designed for the HR executive role.  It presents key metrics about the workforce health, employee attrition, talent movement, performance and cost.  This dashboard is shipped with OTBI Enterprise.  On-premise HR Analytics 11.1.10.1 customers can benefit from this dashboard by downloading and restoring the catalog files attached in this posting.  

HR Executive dashboard only works with HR Analytics 11.1.10.1 (OBIEE 11.1.1.9) or higher.  This dashboard doesn't work with OTBI.

How to import the HR Executive dashboard?

  1. Download and unzip the HR Executive dashboard catalog zip file (OTBI-E_HR_Exec_catalog_files.zip)
