I would like to see the in one OTIB report the % from turnover vs. headcount from the past three years

I know, how to report historical headcount numbers, but I need to create a report in OTBI, where I could see for the past 3 year the headcount and turnover numbers in one report, so that I could do the percentage calculation.
At the end I'm looking for a graph which is showing me by legal_employer the %, by year (turnover/headcount, for the end of the years: 2013, 2014 and 2015). Hope this make sense ?!
