I can see it from the Employee Line but not the Reviews Search

Hi team,

One of my review managers (Mark Williams) tells me he can't see a review anymore (for employee Terry Zurfas at Planned Systems International, Inc.).  When I search reviews by review manager it doesn't appear, though his 2 others do.  But when I go find the Zurfas employee record I see the review assigned and I can edit it - and I see all of the manager's previous input intact.

Manager tells me that it all began when he was working in Taleo and all of a sudden he received,
