How do global compaines handle a global posting?

For those of you that recruit globally using Taleo.  What is your process for posting and handling requisitions that can be located anywhere?  The buisness is open to placing this position anywhere (globally).  How do you manage who recruits for this role?  How do you display this type of posting in regards to locations? How do you factor in the candidate experience since fields are contextualized based on the requisition location (ex. diversity information) which if you posted to many locations (regions) they will be asked to complete extra fields?
