Hello,

Not sure if it's appropriate to post it here. I'm eager to find the workaround/solution.

We use TCC to trigger onboarding process for offer-accepted candidates. Recently, we duplicated the process and made some modifications for a new onboarding process, then we renamed the previous process and deactivated it. The active process name is always the same in order for TCC operation.

But when TCC trigger the process next time, new hires who have been in the process are triggered the process again (Our first task for new hire is welcome email). So new hires receive a welcome email again.
