Suggestions for increasing usage in our learncenter and monthly tracking.

We would like to increase usage in our learncenter and want to be able to track it monthly. I thought we'd run the Course summary BI Report but that does not include a date range. Any suggestions? What are others are doing to both increase usage and track it?
