On LDD server, at what time does the performance cycle process run?

Yesterday I created a performance cycle and I was under the impression that the process to create review documents would run overnight. I was disappointed that when I looked this morning, no review documents were created. But just after 13.00 hrs (Dutch time) I got a message that review documents were created. So that makes me wonder at what time the cycle process runs every day.
