Hi everyone,

Currently we do display candidates who are at an incomplete application status in our requisitions, but we are understanding now from our EMEA team that this is a data privacy breach, because these candidates have not fully expressed their interest in the position.    It seems that if a candidate just begins the application process and then decides they are not interested and stop, they are still displayed in the requisition with this New-Incomplete application status. 

We have instructed our recruiters they should not be touching these candidates, or if they are interested, they should be reaching out to them asking them to complete the process.
