Hi all. We implemented Learn in March of this year, but are still using our old methods of doing training evals because we can't figure out how to get the workflow going. So the employees are completing training in Learn and then the manager is going into Lotus Notes and putting in their eval.
What we need:
We need employees to be able to complete their assigned learning, then e-sign that they have received all necessary information. Once they e-sign, we need something to prompt their supervisor to go in and complete an evaluation on the employee (that will be linked to the EMPLOYEE'S LearnCenter - not the supervisor's). The evaluation then needs to come to the Administrator so I can issue them keys/codes to the building.
