Unable to get the rating available in Profile N Box Rating in OTBI

Hi,

We have enabled / configured the N Box Cell Assignment in Profile and it displays the rating for the employee.

We use the "Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time" subject area for reporting. Since N Box assignment dimension is not available for reporting, we have to rely on "All Profile Content". When we queried we found the value stored in ITEMNUMBER1, but only the rating, say 9. We need to report the rating along with description as shown in the image. Can anyone help in this situation?
