Learning Plan Class missing

Class appearing for all users except AdminContent
I've created a new Learning Plan in which I've added one class...SCORM 2004 package.
I created a dynamic object to insert this onto my LC page and chose it to show ALL learning plans...since this is the only one active in the system.
I've mapped the necessary users to the learning plan and I have no groups or category filters in place....
The ONLY person that can see the LP and the class inside of it is me.... everyone else can see the Learning Plan but don't have any options to expand to see the class.
