Can a role be assigned to more than one verion of a page?

I have multiple types of reviews and associated templates set up in Taleo Perform.  Based on the type of review, I have created different page layouts which I then assign to the review using the Page Layout assignment in the review template.  I need a Hiring Manager to have access to up to 4 different page payouts when editing reviews but in the Assign Default Performance Review Page Layout - Edit Performance Review, it appears that I can only add one for this role.  How do I give a role access to multiple page layouts for one function eg. Edit
