We are on peoplesoft 9.1 with OBIA +BICS as our HR analytics platform.

We are replacing peoplesoft with fusion HCM.

 

What would be ideal approach to recreate the integration and the entire data warehouse and existing reports.

Are there any best practices for achieving such an integration.
