BI Reporting - Learning Plan Progress

Summary

Learning Plan Progress report completion type selector does not work.

Has anyone else noticed that when you run the Learning Plan Progress and choose one of the options under completion type selector (complete, incomplete, not attempted) the report simply generates all mapped item statuses?  Is there a fix coming for that?
