how to make certificates visible for complete learning plans

So, previously I had a learning plan that only contained a single course.   I associated my completion certificate to that course and once complete, the user could click the certificate link and print out proof of course completion.

However, my new course consists of several modules which I've gathered into a new Learning plan.   The user must complete 8 or the 10 lessons (modules) in order to complete the course (learning plan).

I mapped the certificate to the Learning Plan but I can't figure out how to make it appear for the users...
