Where is the "Reason" field for manual course completions

In the "Reason" field we normally enter the trouble ticket ID that details the specifics of why the course was marked Completed. 

In the Data View spreadsheet I do not see a field named "Reason". Or "Notes". Or "Comments".

Where is this field? Did I miss it?
