Trouble using the BI Publisher Word Add on

I can't get the report to format like I want it to when using the BI Publisher add on

I am attempting to use the BI Publisher add on in Word for a report that I’ve created. The report lists users and all of their completed training (courses and ILTs). I would like the report to be formatted so that for each user all of their training is listed under their name, then a page break and all of the training for the next user is listed under their name etc.

I’m attaching a screen shot of what I would like the final report to look like.
