Currently, my company does not have the "manager's pane" turned on due to the function not being intuitive for managers to use .  I understand that there is a new manager's portal that allows manger's to pull reports, etc, for their direct reports.

Can you please let me know the correct name of the tool?  Is there a recording that I can listen so that I can become educated on how the function is used by managers?  If yes, can you supply me with the link and/or resources.

Also, if you are using the tool, how is it perceived by managers...easy to use, difficult, etc.?
