Report to determine number of manual completions

I'm looking to determine how many times we have manually marked users as completed.

Since I've taken over the LMS administrator role in my organization, I've noticed that we seem to run through a high amount of manual course completions. Tickets will come into our help desk system and the typical scenario is that a user finished a course but did not receive a completion. Is there a report or way to determine how many times we have gone through the manual course completion task?
