Need to know how to configure Approval Conditions

We have requirement to configure couple of HR Transactions primarily in terms of Transfer, Location, Working Hours, etc. 
Need to know if Oracle BPM support these complex rules or not. If it supports then require example syntax around it as there is no documentation on it. 

If Requester is Worker's Line Manager then it should go to a. Requester's Line Manager or Worker's second level line manager b. HR Specialist 
If Requester is in Management Hierarchy Upward but not Worker's Line Manager then it should go to a. HR Specialist
