remove permission to edit first and last name

In fusion - We noticed that when editing in the ‘Personal Information’ tab, it allows employees to edit their first and last names. We do not want to allow employees to be able to edit their first and last name. Can we change those two from editable to view only?  We aer going live January 1 and still learning system.  Thank you
