OBI Favorites Error

Hello,

When one of our users tries to add a dashboard or report to their OBI favorites, they get the following error.  The odd thing is that the report/dashboard IS actually added to the favorites, at least when they click away from the report and then view their favorites.  However, it appears that over the matter of a few days, their favorites are then wiped and do not actually save.

Also, myself and colleagues have no issues with adding/deleting favorites, so it's really only our users with different access.  This error started popping up a few months ago, but fefore  then our users could add/remove favorites withou issue.  Is anyone else seeing this issue?
