In what Learning Plan does a course exist?

Is there a report to identify what learning plan a course is mapped?

We have created a new course to replace an old one and need to know everywhere the old course exists in the learn center. What is the best way to do that? I looked at the LearnCenter report and can run it for all learning plans and include all courses, but that is too much. I need to be able to identify a specific course and know what learning plan it is mapped to. Is there a better report to get that info? (Preferably not a BI report)
