I can't seem to make "Report on all Skills" checkbox work

Hi All,

Every time I am trying to run "Oracle Skill Summary Report" via BI Reporting and select "Report on all Skills" I have report running for quite some time and ending with and "Error".

Is it only me or "Report on all Skills" functionality is not working properly yet in BI Reporting.
