Dynamic Groups not working? Anyone else crippled by this issue?

All,

We noted that Dynamic Groups stopped working sometime last week (11/11) and figured it was simply latency from another user on the server doing a large upload or integration.  We've given it 24 hours (72+ at this point) and users are still not being mapped/unmapped dynamically from groups.

Is anyone else having this issue?  We have a Out of the Box product with no integrations.  We opened an SR but haven't heard anything yet. (3-13636131251)
