Scheduling an additional payroll run

IRS mandates that once a pending tax liability reaches $100K, tax deposits must be made the following day, regardless of scheduled pay dates. In order to comply with this IRS regulation, we need to know how to setup an unscheduled “Supplemental” or “Additional” payroll in Fusion/Navigator. We need the ability to be able to run a supplemental payroll on the business day following the identified need to run said payroll. 
 
Please advise on the process.
