16C Cannot build a report in BI Reporting

A number of folks reported yesterday that after the 16C release they could not build/generate reports from BI Reporting. Clearing the browser cache resolves that issue. We have updated the product notification area of the Control Panel to call attention to the solution (see image).  If clearing the browser cache does not correct the issue, please open an SR with My Oracle Support (MOS).
