How do I get a total record count?

Summary

I'm trying to get a list of how many reqs were open by country in 2016 and when I use the requisition Counts I get a series of 1's instead of total.

I would like my report to generate a table that has the totals by country.   See the screen shot below...I would like the results to show

Italy 4

Lux 3

I know there is an easy answer....could someone tell me how?
