Line Manager's Display name in reports?

Currently all our HCM reports fetch Manager's name field the whole name of line manager

My need is (I quess other's as well?) to bring line manager's display name to reports, e.g. current situation:

Line Manager: Perry, Mathew Tobias

Needed information: Perry, Mathew

I believe this is something every organization needs in reportin instead of the whole name of line manager. Unfortunately I could't find any solution to make this to reports. For workers there is ready made field for Display Name in Person details but can't find similar to line managers. I'd be very happy to hear solutions you have in place in reporting for this.
