Prescreening Questions - Best Practices

Hi all! We are looking for best practices as it relates to Prescreening Questions - especially for either Financial Services companies and/or companies that full under the OFCCP regulations.
We currently use Prescreening Questions - but know we could do a much better job. We would like to effectively and compliantly leverage the use of ACE so that are recruiters are spending their time on "top" candidates.
What has worked for you? What hasn't worked? What pitfalls/mine fields do I need to be aware of?
