Is anyone using a service (or developed one in-house) that allows candidate references to log in and submit confidential references?  We're piloting adding Faculty to our recruiting efforts with Taleo.  Several have mentioned services like Interfolio and AcademicJobsOnline.com that allow you to post a job and the candidate creates a basic profile and identifies people as references.  Those references are sent emails to log in and submit a reference for the candidate.  Those reference submitted are attached to the candidate's job submission.

 Would love to discuss.
