Training resources for mid-level users

Does Oracle - or a 3rd party vendor - provide training resources that can he used with mid-level admin users? Our install has over 500 users with supervisor level access but their common knowledge base is across the board. Before I begin to create short videos on topics such as reporting or learning plan creation I wanted to see if they already existed.
