Recruiter Manager setting problem

Hi Forum Members,

I would like to have a solution for making a one particular person as Manager to a recruiter. So when a recruiter creates the requisition he/she will only find his/her manager for the requisition.

I have made the setup in the Account Information Where we have to set the employee status for the recruiter as current and the required manager in the manager field. So now this is done. But when creating the requisition i could not find the required person as the manager for the recruiter. But am finding the manager for the Recruiter manager.
